In order to provide you with complete satisfaction, our designers strictly follow the specifications provided by you in the order form. All designs are created after thorough research to ensure originality, quality, and uniqueness.

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting may be provided free of charge with eligible website packages. Email accounts, where applicable, can be configured on third-party email software. If hosting is not purchased through Dev Designs, email accounts will not be provided.

Delivery Policy

All design files are delivered to your account as per the timeline mentioned in the Order Confirmation. You will also receive an email notification upon delivery.

We retain records of finalized designs. If you require files again in the future, they can be provided upon request.

Communication Policy

You agree that Dev Designs is not responsible for any communication originating from email addresses or phone numbers not officially listed on our website. Only communications sent from official channels of Dev Designs will be considered valid.

Dev Designs guarantees that all designs are created from scratch and tailored specifically to your requirements. Any resemblance to existing designs is purely coincidental.

Revision Policy

Revisions are provided according to the selected package. Unlimited revisions are offered provided the original design concept remains unchanged. Standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund (minus processing fee) if requested before initial design delivery • Partial refunds based on request timing after initial delivery • No refunds after approval of initial concepts or after 120 hours • No refunds for inactivity exceeding 60 days

Refund requests must be submitted with a valid reason aligned with the design brief. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

After a refund is processed, all design rights revert to Dev Designs and the client may not use or display the refunded design in any form.
