Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or contracting services with Dev Designs, you agree to be bound by these operational guidelines, all applicable digital regulations, and standard compliance frameworks. If you disagree with any segment, you must cease project collaboration immediately.
Project Scope & Deliverables
- Milestones: All custom UI/UX design, full-stack web architectures, and digital marketing tracks will be executed strictly based on the finalized project proposal.
- Revisions: Design modifications are bound to the specific revision cycles outlined in your initial service agreement. Extra iterations outside the scope will require a separate budget quote.
Payments & Financial Alignments
- Payment Terms: Projects require an upfront deposit before design or development loops begin. The remaining milestones are billed upon staging links or project finalization.
- Zero Hidden Fees: We operate under fixed pricing structures. Any third-party costs (such as premium plugins, domain registration, hosting, or ad-spend budgets) are handled independently by the client.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Code & Graphics: Upon final invoice clearance, full intellectual property and ownership rights of the custom logo vector, branding guidelines, or web source code are transferred entirely to the client.
- Portfolio Display: Dev Designs retains the right to showcase screenshots, case studies, and visual loops of completed projects in our portfolio grid unless explicitly protected by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content briefs, high-resolution media, access credentials, and timely feedback to maintain development velocity. Dev Designs is not liable for project launch delays caused by missing client assets.
Limitation of Liability
Dev Designs engineers high-performance platforms but is not responsible for external hosting downtime, sudden platform algorithm updates, or third-party tool failures that occur post-deployment.
