After checkout, you'll receive an email with our payment handles for Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Send the exact total to one of the provided handles, then reply with a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Once verified, your order is processed and shipped.
The payment handles for Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App are included in your order confirmation email. Please use only the handles listed there — we will never request payment through any other channel or app.
Please include your order number in the payment note (for example: "Order #12345"). This helps us match your payment to your order quickly. Avoid using product names or anything that describes the contents of your order.

Verification usually takes 1–4 business hours during regular hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST). Payments sent over the weekend are typically verified the next business day.
No problem — just send it as soon as you remember. Your order will remain on hold until we receive and verify your payment. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, the order is automatically cancelled and can be re-placed at any time.

If your package arrives damaged or any vials look compromised, please email us at cs@structurabio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the affected items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
